El Sinaloense Restaurant
If you ever find yourself craving bold Mexican flavors in Huntington Park, El Sinaloense Restaurant is definitely a spot to check out. Located at 7601 State St, this place brings the spirit of Sinaloa right to your plate—with flavors that feel both homemade and unforgettable.
The vibe? Totally laid-back. It's casual, slightly lively with moderate noise, and a great place to bring the crew or even the kids. Whether you're catching up with friends or just hungry for something hearty, the atmosphere makes it easy to relax and enjoy.
Now, let’s talk food—because that's where El Sinaloense really shines. One of the crowd favorites here is the Tostada De Ceviche Camaron. It’s fresh, zesty, and packed with shrimp that tastes like it just came off the boat. Craving something to sip on? Try the Agua De Cebada—a sweet, malty drink that pairs perfectly with spicy dishes. And if you're in the mood for comfort food, the Torta De Pierna hits the spot. Tender pork leg tucked into crusty bread—yeah, it's as good as it sounds.
But there’s more. Fans of traditional flavors often go for the Machaca Con Verdura, a satisfying mix of shredded beef and veggies that’s full of flavor. And if you're looking to try something truly regional, don't miss the Asado Sinaloense—a dish that's rich, savory, and full of that classic Sinaloan touch.
Everything here feels authentic, from the flavors to the friendly service. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard because it doesn’t need to. The food does the talking—and it says “welcome home” with every bite.
Reviews
Food and service were great! Only thing I disliked is that they don't have the prices on the menu which is horrible they can charge you whatever they want. Other than that everything was great!
Buena comida con muchas opciones!!! Perrona la comida! Limpio lugar y el servicio a toda!!!
It was years since I have come to sinaloense and I was a bit skeptical coming because of all the bad reviews but I am so glad I came in anyway. Everything was absolutely amazing, if you're expecting a full table service restaurant it's not. You order your food at the counter, they give you a number and you sit at a table and someone brings you your order and if you need to ask for anything, you do have to go to the front counter for anything you may need or if you catch the servers around your table but honestly the food makes up for it and it's really not an inconvenience for us. Everything we needed was pretty much on our table. The food was excellent! We ordered the chicken enchiladas, tostadas de rez and the asado. We have also ordered the machaca con verdura and their tamales in the past and they were really good. The kids really liked the rice so we ordered more rice and tortillas for them. The chocomil is still really good also. The inside is all booths and the back booths have chairs so it was easy for us to move the chairs and place high chairs for our two toddlers. This place is a 5 out of 5! Really don't understand the ratings but definitely coming back to try their tacos dorados, carne asada plate and their sopes!
Mi primera vez y esta riquisimo. Vine nada mas porque queria sentirme como La Gilbertona comiendome unas tostadas sinaloenses con consome. El servicio muy bueno y buen ambiente. Se los recomiendo. 10/10
